Q: When is this event?
A: Friday, November 28, 2025 from 6am - 8am, in store at Creative Touch Boutique - 504 Broadway Street, Alexandria, MN
Q: Is this event open to everyone?
A: There are 150 tickets available to this event. Tickets are sold on a first come basis.
Q: What does my ticket buy me?
A: Exclusive shopping from 6-8am on Black Friday, a swag bag valued at $150, 40% off your purchase coupon, and your chance to win a Grand Prize Giveaway valued at $500.
Q: Does my ticket include the option of bringing a friend like past years?
A: No. That is a change for this year. Each person will need to purchase a ticket for this years’ event. They will then receive a swag bag and the discount.
Q: What do I need to do after I purchase my ticket?
A: You will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your entrance ticket. Upon entering, you will receive your 40% off shopping coupon. CTB staff will double check your confirmation ticket and their list as you enter. At checkout, the ticket purchaser will receive their swag bag and turn in the shopping coupon.
Q: Can I still shop after 8am and use my 40% off coupon?
A: Yes! The 6-8am timeframe is exclusive to this group, however, you can still shop after 8am. The 40% off coupon is able to be used anytime during the day on Black Friday. It can only be used for one checkout process and staff will request the coupon at checkout. *MUST HAVE COUPON at checkout - no exceptions.
Q: Can I use my coupon multiple times throughout the day?
A: No. The 40% off coupon is good for one checkout process only and will be required to turn in at time of purchase. There are no holds on products on Black Friday.
Q: Can I purchase more than one ticket?
A: Yes, however, we need the names of the people you are buying the ticket for as we will check in people the morning of the event. You can contact us via phone at 320-762-8786 or send us an email at marketing@
Q: Can I put items on hold and come back to shop and use my coupon?
A: You can use your coupon at any time the day of Black Friday, however, we are not able to have any holds on this day.
Q: Are kids welcomed at this event?
A: Each person entering this event will need to purchase a ticket. Kids are welcome, however, they will need to have a purchased ticket to enter.
Q: Are my tickets refundable?
A: We cannot refund your ticket purchase for any reason. If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, please call the store and give us the name of the person you are transferring it to.
Q: Can I use a gift card to purchase the ticket?
A: No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase the Black Friday Ticket. If this is done, you will be contacted by CTB staff and asked if you choose to pay for the ticket with a credit card or have your ticket refunded.
Q: Can I buy my ticket during a storewide sale and get it at a discount?
A: No. These tickets are excluded from any storewide sales. If this is done, you will be contacted by CTB staff and asked if you choose to pay for the full ticket cost for the event with a credit card or have your ticket refunded.
*All purchases at a discount of 35% or more are final sale. Gift receipts are eligible for returns until January 15, 2026.
