There's something we need to tell you, and there's no easy way to say it.

With the heaviest of hearts, after 25 amazing years, Creative Touch Boutique will be closing its doors at the end of the year.

Twenty-five years ago, Pam and Dan unlocked the door to a cute little home décor shop for the very first time. We didn't have it all figured out. We just had a dream, a lot of faith, and a hope that you would walk in and feel at home. And you did.

Ten years ago, Amy joined the family business, and something special started to bloom: clothing, accessories, kids and gifts joined the home decor space. Every rack we filled and every box we opened, we were thinking of you. Three and a half years ago, we built our dream, forever location, and since then you've helped us reach women in all 50 states. This community of women grew into something we’re so proud of. All of this happened not because of us. Because of you.

After a lot of prayer, many long conversations, and more than a few tears, we’ve made the hardest decision of our lives.

Please know, some of our favorite moments happened at the counter, when a quick stop turned into a long chat. And somewhere along the way, through all our Instagram stories and Facebook Lives (and yes, all our oversharing), you stopped being customers and became our friends. To every woman who trusted us and ordered online without ever meeting us in person: thank you for taking a chance on us. You’ll never know how much that meant.

You were never just customers. You were our friends. Our family. Our reason.

We hope you'll come see us one more time. We'd love one more hug at the counter.

The Closing Sale

When is your last day open?
Our last day of business is tentatively December 31, 2026, however, we may close sooner depending on inventory. Currently, our store hours will remain the same. We’ll announce updates and changes on our Facebook and Instagram pages. 

What’s the closing sale discount?
You’ll receive 25% off your purchase, both in store and online as of now, we’ll have a tiered sale as the end of the year gets closer. Please watch our social channels to learn of new discounts happening. 

Does the discount apply to everything?
Yes, the discount will apply to your entire purchase in store & online (online will close on November 9th at 9:00pm CST).

Can I combine the 25% off with other coupons, rewards, or promo codes?
No, the store discount will be the only sale accepted during our closing sale. 

Will the discount increase as we get closer to closing?
Discounts will deepen as inventory sells down; follow us on Facebook for updates. 

Will you be restocking?
No new merchandise will be coming in. Once an item is gone, it’s gone, so if you see something you love, we’d suggest grabbing it.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange closing sale purchases?
No. All closing sale purchases (those Nov. 2 and after) are final, with no returns or exchanges, in store or online.

What about something I bought before the closing sale started?
Items purchased before November 2nd and within the last 30 days can be returned or exchanged until November 15th. After that date, we can no longer accept returns.

I’m a local customer. Can I still return an online order in person?
Online orders placed during the closing sale are final sale. For eligible orders placed before the sale, you’re welcome to bring them to the store by November 15th. After that date, we can no longer accept returns. 

What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@creativetouchboutique.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Online Orders & Shipping

How long will the website stay open?
Our online store will accept orders through November 9th at 9:00pm CST. 

What does shipping cost?
All online orders ship from our Alexandria warehouse. Shipping is a flat $9.99, and orders of $100 or more ship free.

Can I pick up my online order instead?
Yes. Free local pickup is available on any order. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready. 

Will you be offering any type of gift receipt for holiday purchases?

No, all purchases made starting November 2nd will be considered final and non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. 

Gift Cards

I have a gift card. What should I do?
Please use it! Gift cards can be redeemed in store and online (online store will close November 9th at 9:00pm CST). 

Can I still buy gift cards?
No, we are no longer selling gift cards. 

Other Questions

Are store fixtures and displays for sale?
Possibly, please leave your name and information and owners will reach out after the store closes to determine what’s available.
