Our Team is expanding and we are currently hiring for the following positions:

Marketing & Customer Service Specialist

This person must have a passion for fashion and be savvy with social media. This is a full time position, working 4-5 days/week. 


  • Create branded posts for social media sites: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
  • Be comfortable in front of the camera - try-on videos, reels, TikTok, Instagram stories, live videos
  • Participate in live videos throughout the month, some evenings included
  • Assist with creating and implementing customer events
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director - creating monthly sales plans, social media planning, events, photoshoots
  • Know social trends and brainstorm how to incorporate them into the business.
  • Capture social content - behind the scene videos, photos, model videos
  • Analyze monthly marketing plans - what worked, challenges, opportunities
  • Answer all emails promptly, including vendor communication, marketing contacts, customer inquiries
  • Handle all social media comments and messages
  • Work on the sales floor one day a week - greeting and helping customers, tidying the store during open hours
  • Assist Marketing Director with marketing projects and goals for 2023

Part-Time Sales Associate

If you have a smiley, positive and outgoing personality, passion for fashion and home décor and love helping customers find the looks they love - this is the perfect position for you! 


We view our sales associates as truly the most important position at the boutique! Here are a few responsibilities you would take on in this role: 

  • Open & close the boutique.
  • Greet and welcome every customer & let them know of any sales or promotions we have going on. 
  • Assist customers with any questions or needs they have, including things such as checking on them during shopping, helping them find a size, providing information or suggestions about styling and home décor. 
  • Complete checkout process with customers/package online orders as needed. 
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized and clean for customers. 
  • Maintain a fun, inviting environment for customers.
  • Be a part of a team mentality - working together while taking pride in your responsibilities. 


We are looking for that person that is self-motivating, responsible and takes pride in their work - here are a few must-have details to apply: 

  • Available 2+ weekends/month
  • Evening availability 3-6pm
  • Local to Alexandria, MN
  • High school diploma
  • Seeking a long-term position
