Position: Store Director

Creative Touch Boutique is looking for a strong leader to manage our in-store experience — from the moment a customer walks in, to the moment she leaves feeling confident, styled, and taken care of.

This is not a typical retail position. This is for someone ready to lead, elevate, and create a standout shopping experience that feels personal, effortless, and worth coming back for.

We are building more than a store — we’re building a space where busy women can walk in, feel instantly welcomed, and leave with outfits that make their everyday easier.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is outgoing, confident, and thrives on genuine connection with customers • Has retail experience and a true passion for helping women feel confident in what they wear • Naturally leads others and is comfortable setting expectations and holding a team accountable
• Is highly organized, responsible, proactive, and self-motivated
• Has a strong eye for merchandising, styling, and elevated presentation
• Understands how to create a seamless, styled shopping experience — not just a transaction
• Is comfortable working independently while also being an integral part of a team

This role will be responsible for:
• Owning and elevating the entire in-store experience — ensuring every customer feels seen, styled, and supported
• Leading from the sales floor, driving sales through connection, styling, and service
• Creating a boutique experience that feels easy for the customer — from outfit pairing to quick grab-and-go options for busy days
• Training and coaching the sales team on styling, customer experience, and sales confidence
• Setting the tone for a high-energy, welcoming, and service-driven environment
• Managing staff scheduling and team performance & meeting sales goals
• Overseeing merchandising, floor sets, and displays that inspire complete outfits (not just individual pieces)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually elevated store at all times
• Anticipating customer needs and constantly looking for ways to improve the in-store experience

Creative Touch Boutique is looking for a rock star Sales Associate to join our team for the busy summer months!

We’re looking for someone who:

    • Is outgoing, confident, and thrives on genuine connection with customers
    • Delivers consistent, five-star service every single time
    • Feels comfortable opening & closing the boutique
    • Confidently welcomes customers, shares promotions and thanks them for stopping in
    • Helps style customers and answer any questions along the way
    • Keeps the energy up - checking in, offering suggestions and making shopping feel easy
    • Handles checkout smoothly while wrapping up a great experience
    • Packages online orders as needed
    • Follows guidance and direction on restocking, merchandising, light cleaning and prepping the store
    • Maintains a fun, welcoming vibe in store at all times
    • Is reliable and willing to pitch in as needed

Schedule: 

    • Part-time hours, flexible scheduling
    • Required: 2 weekends per month
