Shipping:
We offer shipping throughout the United States for FREE for all orders over $100. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 and is added in at checkout for orders under $100. 

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they’ve shipped.

*Creative Touch Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. 

Returns:
We hope you absolutely love your order, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered.

Eligible items may be returned & postmarked within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with tags attached

Final Sale Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for in store credit of any kind:

• Sale or clearance items
• Items discounted 35% off or more
• All items ending in .00 such as Jewelry, hats, hair accessories, and other accessories
• Seasonal or holiday items
• Gift cards

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. There are no exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 30 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit. 

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

• Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to info@creativetouchboutique.com
• Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.
• Include the order # and product name of the item.
