Black Friday VIP Ticket FAQ's

Q: When is this event?

A: Friday, November 24th from 6am - 8am, in store at Creative Touch Boutique - 504 Broadway Street, Alexandria, MN

Q: Is this event open to everyone?

A: There are 100 tickets available to this event. Tickets are sold on a first come basis. 

Q: What does my ticket buy me? 

A: Exclusive shopping from 6-8am on Black Friday, a swag bag valued at $150, 35% off your purchase coupon, deals from local partners, exclusive giveaways and you can bring a friend! *your friend will receive the 35% off coupon and can register for giveaways (no swag bag or local partner deals)

Q: What do I need to do after I purchase my ticket? 

A: You will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your entrance ticket. Upon entering, you will receive your shopping coupon as well as your guests ticket. CTB staff will double check your confirmation ticket and their list as you enter. At checkout, the ticket purchaser will receive their swag bag. 

Q: Can I still shop after 8am and use my 35% off coupon?

A: Yes! The 6-8am timeframe is exclusive to this group, however, you can still shop after 8am. The 35% off coupon is able to be used anytime during the day on Black Friday. It can only be used for one checkout process and staff will request the coupon at checkout.

Q: Can I use my coupon multiple times throughout the day? 

A: No. The 35% off coupon is good for one checkout process only and will be required to turn in at time of purchase. 

Q: What if I don't bring a friend, can I save that 35% off coupon for another time?

A: No, the 35% off coupons for the ticket purchaser and their shopping guest are only valid in store on Black Friday.

Q: Can I purchase more than one ticket?

A: Yes, however, we need the names of the people you are buying the ticket for as we will check in people the morning of the event. You can contact us via phone at 320-762-8786. 

Q: Can I use a gift card to purchase my ticket?

A: No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase a Black Friday VIP ticket.

Q: Does my friend need to be present with me when I arrive to get my bag?

A: Yes, we will give both of you the shopping coupon to get started. We will need to know who the guest is for each ticket. 

Q: Can I put items on hold and come back to shop and use my coupon? 

A: You can use your coupon at any time the day of Black Friday, however, we are not able to have any holds on this day. 

Q: Are kids welcomed at this event?

A: This ticket will cover you and a guest. That guest can be your child, but it will only get two of you in the door. Due to the size of the group, we have to limit it to allow for a positive shopping experience.

Q: What if my friend also wants a swag bag?

A: They will need to purchase a ticket.

Q: Are my tickets refundable?

A: We cannot refund your ticket purchase for any reason. If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, please call the store and give us the name of the person you are transferring it to.
